Every player gets the same five on the same date. They are drawn from a fixed sequence, so today is today for everyone.

Find them in the world
Photograph something of each. A door, a fruit, a jacket, a wall — anything you can point a camera at. Shoot a colour as often as you like; your best catch is the one that keeps.

No scores out of a hundred. Only the object you meant is measured, so a busy background costs you nothing — and getting close enough is genuinely close enough.
Catch all five before midnight and your streak carries into tomorrow.
The colour hunt is really just a reason to leave the house. To take the long way back, to walk the street you cross every day with your eyes up, to stand still for a moment in front of something you have passed a hundred times without ever once looking at it.
Almost always, the shade turns up somewhere ordinary — a chipped bollard, a neighbour's door, the fruit already sitting on your counter. That is the whole idea. The streak is only the excuse; what you keep is the ten minutes you spent paying attention.
